Mid-winter break is here! Here, the City Voice staff gives us their favorite ways to de-stress, as we all really do deserve a little break, especially now.

Meditate.

I love de-stressing by playing piano or cello or even just listening to music. Taking my dog for a walk is always helpful too.

Reading is my favorite way to de-stress! Since I’m focusing on the story and the characters’ problems, it helps me forget about my own for a second.

My favorite way to de-stress is through sleeping. Sometimes if I cant sleep I read or go for a walk.

I enjoy re-reading old books and baking if I’m stressed.

I usually play guitar or sleep. Both are pretty effective.
