Six of Crows is written by Leigh Bardugo as part of the Grishaverse. (The Shadow and Bone trilogy and King of Scars are part of it too) I absolutely loved this book! Stated simply, It is about six teenagers who undergo a seemingly impossible heist but Leigh Bardugo does a really good job of including other side stories in such a way that you do not lose track of what’s going on. This book has such a diverse cast that most everybody can find them relatable in some way. Besides a super fun and interesting main plot, it also covers many important issues but does so in a way that is not overbearing. Things like PTSD, human trafficking, and harmful prejudices are all represented through the characters in a way that boosts the story up and helps the reader understand the characters better. I highly recommend this book to everyone. It is an enjoyable story with great characters, good pacing, and is well written. This is the first book in a duology and yes, the second one is as good as the first one. You can find Six of Crows and the next book, Crooked Kingdom, on most digital book platforms.
