Guess the Teacher

This will be the second guess the teacher contest to go live on the newspaper website, because nobody has submitted a correct guess for the last one! If you haven’t voted yet, or even if you have and want to change your mind, submit your vote in the comments.

This teacher teaches 8th and 9th grade classes. Their favorite color is teal and they couldn’t decide on a favorite book, so they settled on a four-way tie between The Hunchback of Notre Dame, The Lord of the Rings, Pride and Prejudice, and The Lord of the Flies. Their favorite movie is The Return of the King, but they like the whole Lord of the Rings movie trilogy.

This teacher has taught at four schools: Byron Center, Comstock Park, Fort Dorchester, and City High. If they had not chosen a career as a teacher they would likely be performing in a symphony. They have two cats, but their favorite animal is an Angler Fish.
